Somatic healing, yoga, and mindfulness for children and youth.
Rooted Wellness is a nonprofit in development, building yoga and movement programs that support emotional regulation and community connection.
Our Mission
Children carry more stress, stimulation, and emotional weight than ever before. Many lack tools to understand their feelings, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves.

Why This Work Matters
When children learn to listen to their bodies, they gain tools that extend far beyond the mat.
- emotional regulation
- focus and presence
- reduced anxiety and overwhlem
- body awareness and self-trust
- a felt sense of safety and belonging
This work plants seeds that last.
Our Vision
We envision communities where children are not just supported academically, but emotionally too. Where schools, families, and organizations have access to grounded, body-based tools that honor the whole child.
Rooted Wellness is being built slowly and intentionally to ensure this work can grow with integrity.

About The Founder
Rooted Wellness was founded by Morgan, a yoga teacher and program builder committed to trauma-aware, somatic healing for children and youth. Her work is shaped by lived experience, ongoing study, and a deep belief in the body as a place of wisdom and resilience.
